Master’s Ranch is a second home for adolescent boys who need proper direction to change the course of their lives. The therapeutic program makes much of the value of work, which is taught through involvement with the ranch, assigned chores in the dorms and kitchen, and a strong vocational program. Boys live in a structured environment, learning respect for authority and personal responsibility. We view education as a privilege, and we teach boys to think about it the same way.

Master's Ranch Christian AcademyWe start right away with physical exercise to bring boys up to a standard level of fitness. They gain strength, they feel good about themselves, and they gain something positive as they begin to meet fitness goals. The same concepts also work well in other areas. In work projects and vocational skills and even in school, their achievements build confidence so that boys are built up. Meanwhile, we help boys understand the consequences of their past behaviors. Their thinking straightens out and their destructive behavior is replaced with character and integrity. At Master’s Ranch, we give boys every opportunity to be successful.
