Families in Broken Bow, Oklahoma Choose Master’s Ranch for Their Sons Who Need a New Path in Life
Master’s Ranch is a second home for adolescent boys who need proper direction to make a new start for themselves. The therapeutic program focuses on the value of work, which is taught through ranch chores, daily chores in the kitchen and dorms, and a strong vocational program. Boys live in a disciplined environment, learning obedience and personal responsibility. We treat education as a privilege, and we teach boys to think about it the same way.
We start with physical training to bring boys up to a minimum level of fitness. They build strength, their self-esteem improves, and they gain something positive as they begin to see progress in their fitness goals. Those achievements carry over into other areas. In work projects and vocational skills and even in academics, their accomplishments develop confidence so that boys are built up. Meanwhile, we help boys understand the consequences of their past behaviors. Their thinking straightens out and their inappropriate behavior turns into character and integrity. At Master’s Ranch, we give boys every opportunity to be successful.
Teens Live in a Home-Like Environment at Master’s Ranch

Residents have access to regular devotions and weekly church services, so they have opportunities to ask questions about God and experience a relationship with Jesus. Many of our boys think of the directors at Master’s Ranch, as their second parents and many come back to work on the ranch or to spend time with us. We have a lot of fun on the ranch, as well. Students spend a lot of time hunting, playing sports, and generally learning how to have healthy fun again.
