At Master’s Ranch, we accomplish both ends of the academic spectrum. The flexible curriculum allows students who may be struggling with certain subjects to master them and catch up. Advanced coursework and a college-prep programs are scheduled for those who succeed academically and desire to get ahead.

Our boarding academy operates year-round, to keep students engaged and to give them the chance to catch up or retake courses and improve their grade point average. All summer we run a half-day academic schedule to allow time for projects, sports and recreation.

Vocational Training

It allows them to try out their new coping skills and to earn money to help them once they leave the ranch. Every dollar they earn is put into a fund that they withdraw when they leave.  The ranch itself also offers some vocational opportunities for the boys young men to learn from, including handling the cattle, construction, pedigree dog breeding, and farming. The boys are trained marketable skills and a self-confidence from these endeavors.

Spiritual Training

Residents have access to regular devotions and weekly church services, so they have the chance to ask questions about life and discover a relationship with Jesus.  We offer biblical counseling and person-to-person mentorship and spiritual guidance.
